简介
     PNF nuclear factor kappa B-luc can be transfected into cells by conventional cell transfection method. The detection can be used when the luciferase reporter gene biyuntian detection kit (RG005/RG006) or dual luciferase reporter gene assay kit (RG008/RG009).
     TNF- alpha, IL-1 beta and LPS are common reagents that can activate the NF nuclear factor kappa B and can be used as a positive control for the detection of pNF nuclear factor kappa B-luc reporter genes.
