pDONRvectors are GatewayÆ-adapted vectors designed to generate attL-flanked entry clones containing your gene of interest following recombination with an attB expression clone or an attB PCR product. Once you have created an entry clone, your gene of interest may then be easily shuttled into a large selection of expression vectors using the GatewayÆ LR recombination reaction.
